Beyond being a tech culture book, I love how much this book humanizes Satya, and how he speaks about his own life and his family and some challenges they experienced and had to overcome. Those are the pieces that stayed with me, the deeply human moments.
Overall, it also provided a good look into how an org as big as Microsoft changed a lot to become a different kind of organization and what that process looked like practically and the difficult decisions and bets he made along the way. Solid read.
