I actually read this recently after watching his latest documentary - A Beautiful Obsession. The book provides an insight into how football systems work. Ideas, pressure, repetition, standards, iteration. It is how a philosophy becomes a working environment, and how much pressure that environment puts on everyone inside it. Solid read.
