Why it stays in rotation

Illmatic came out the year I was born, so I have always liked that connection. It is also one of those albums with almost no wasted time. N.Y. State Of Mind, Life’s A Bitch and The World Is Yours are my favourites, but the whole record is ridiculously consistent. Having this one on vinyl just feels right.
